Rocky grows up in a tight-knit Armenian family with deep culinary roots, where the grill is the heart of every gathering. The family's kabob-making tradition is already a cherished legacy, passed down through generations.

The Growing
After years sharpening his craft in corporate catering kitchens, Rocky returns to the family's modest kabob business. The business earns its reputation the slow way: quality ingredients, authentic preparation, and genuine warmth.

The Dream
Rocky takes the wheel — literally. Keeping the family traditions intact, he puts the grill on wheels for Las Vegas. His specialty: tender lamb marinated in a secret herb and spice blend, grilled over open flame.
